Bio

Raysa Molina is an architectural Illustrator and a self-taught artist with a remarkable passion for visual and digital art. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, she pursued her passion for design and graphics and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture in her country of origin (UNPHU) in 1989. Throughout the years, she has developed an innovative and unique body of work that she named “Emotional Digital Art.” Her abstracts are a seamless blend of contemporary and impressionism.

Her artwork resembles a traditional painting, but in fact is a hybrid of hand drawing and digital enhancement. She takes the world of graphics and adds a unique and personal approach, transferring her vision into a piece of art.

Her inspiration comes from nature, emotions, life struggles, and inner sadness. Her abstracts convey her personal view of the world through the use of colors, organic shapes, and forms. The ultimate goal of each piece is to stimulate the viewer’s thoughts, beliefs, ideas, and imagination. Her art evolves from her emotional and spiritual growth, allowing her to express both her inner and outer life experiences in an exciting new way.
